Renting Terms and Conditions

Please read this section carefully.
It explains the general renting conditions applicable to your stay.

1. Reservation

Once you have decided to confirm your request, just notify us and we will email you a rental agreement for you to sign and fax back to us.

We will then ask you to send us a deposit of 50% of the property rental. Upon reception of your deposit, your booking will be definitively confirmed.

Payment deposit can be made by wire transfer “SWIFT” in Euros on our bank account or by credit card on our secure site at your convenience.

2. Balance Payment

The remaining 50% of the rent and the security deposit are due 30 days before your departure. If you prefer, you may pay us the 600 Euros security deposit in cash when you arrive and we will give it back to you when you depart, minus any reserves for damages or missing items.

3. Security Deposit

The 600 Euros security deposit is fully refundable.
If, after completion of the inventory, nothing is reported damaged, lost or broken, the security deposit will be returned to you upon checking out. If damages are recorded, the guarantee deposit will be forwarded to you within 2 months, after deduction of repairs/replacement costs.

4. Arrival, Stay and Departure Information

Our goal is to give you the opportunity to have a great stay in Nice. On arrival, you will be met at the apartment at your desired check-in-time. We will help you settle in. An inventory will be signed and keys handed over.

During your stay, we will be available by mobile phone to answer any questions you may have during your stay.

On departure, you will be checked out and we will return the security deposit before you depart. All cleaning will be done after your departure.

In case of cancellation after acceptance of your booking, the following conditions will be applied:

a) Cancellation more than 30 days before the beginning of the stay, 50% of the deposit will be reserved.
b) Cancellation 30 days before arrival, no refund will be possible. You have the possibility to suggest a customer who will replace you.
c) Interruption stay: In case of anticipated interruption, and if the responsibility of the owner is not in question, no refund will be possible but the guarantee deposit will be refunded provided that there are no damages during the inventory upon check-out.

In any case, if the apartment can be re-rented, we will refund you for each day which has been filled.

6. Guaranteed Value

The price of the stay is guaranteed during the acceptance of your booking.
Our rental prices include all utilities, taxes, linens, telephone and a weekly housekeeping service. There are no additional charges.
