3. Return the renting contract signed.

4. Acknowledgment

Once we have received your initial payment, we will send you a rent receipt, with all the necessary information (apartment street address, building entry codes, apartment's telephone number and our representatives telephone numbers) and balance due information. We will also ask you to provide us information on your flight and arrival time (if already known).

5. Final Payment

Balance is payable:

• Upon arrival (cash or traveller's checks, Euros or US$).
• With a wire transfer or credit card in Euros order 30 days before departure.
• You may be also pay the full amount with a check or credit card at time or reseration.

6. Security deposit

The fully refundable security deposit is payable either together with the final payment or in cash upon arrival. Refunded in cash at check out. Of course, we will send a security deposit receipt.

7. Cancellation

If a booking is cancelled at any time after it has been confirmed, all moneys paid by Clients prior to cancellation will be forfeited. No money will be returned to Clients. It is strongly recommended that clients purchase trip cancellation insurance. If for any reason beyond their control, including force majeure, A PART should be unable to provide to the client the property he has booked, they reserve the right to transfer him, upon agreement, to a similar property. If the price of the substituted property is less, the difference will be reimbursed to the client but if the price of the substituted property is higher, the difference will be charged to the Client. If however, no agreement can be reached both contractual parties are authorized to cancel the contract. A PART will refund to the Client all moneys paid.

PRICES ARE FULLY INCLUSIVE!

All prices are fully inclusive of gas, electricity, sheets and towels and final cleaning, unless otherwise stated. There are no hidden extras to pay.

UPON YOUR ARRIVAL

Our representative will be waiting for you at the apartment. If your flight is delayed, don't worry1 Since we have your flight information, our representative will be checking its status in real time and be at the apartment right on time. Most of the time, you will be able to check-in upon arrival; but in the unlikely case previous customers are leaving the same day you arrive, check-in will be between 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm.

For your information, it usually takes 1:30 to 2:00 hours between landing, customs clearance, luggage pickup, public transportation or taxi to Paris.
